Well, here's what I do to rave reviews:
BACON, EGG, & CHEESE ON A BAGEL
Fry up the bacon so it is nice and crispy.
In the same pan (after draining *most* of the fat) fry up some scrambled eggs (put the eggs in a bowl, stir them well, and plop in pan). While the eggs are frying, toast the bagel to desired doneness -- be sure it is still hot when the eggs are done.
On the hot bagel, place one slice of American (or whatever kind you prefer) cheese. Then pile on the eggs and a few slices of bacon. If desired, top with another slice of cheese.
ENJOY!!

Fry your bacon and eggs to your own liking (I always think smoked bacon is best, back or streaky). Place the cooked bacon and eggs on some fresh sliced white bread. Pour some brown sauce (HP or Daddies) over the eggs and bacon, put another slice of bread on top. Press it together, cut the sandwich in half crosswise, and then eat it while it's hot - preferably with a nice cup of tea!
