Among fast food joints that would be Hardees with their Black Angus Thickburger. I think standard it weights in at 3/4 of a pound but you can get extra patties to get it up to a hefty 1 and 1/2 pound. Anything bigger is obviously freakish and I know a local place that has a 5 pound burger on a special bun.
