Yes, I think a granham cracker crust would be good. I would suggest maybe a little less sugar in the filling, and adding a light warm creme white sauce over the top.

I'd be interested in recieving some of your recipies or ideas.

I can't think of a thing that wouldn't taste good on a graham cracker crust!

You should make a sweet patato cheesecake! Cheesecake is always good on graham cracker crust.

In theory, it sounds scrumptious... not sure how it will taste in actuality. Give it a try, you might have a classic on your hands!
