My Stimpy is siamese/tabby, but the breed does'nt matter. Your new kitten is more likely to choose you anyway. LUCK!

Honestly a mixed breed. If you try to find a pure breed cat you are dealing with an animal with a limited family tree. In short since those animals are more often inbreed to preserve the desirable traits distinctive to the breed they often pass on less desirable as well. Thus pure breed animals are more prone to health problems.
That's not to say a stray cats don't have their own health issues but those are often fixed with a steady diet and a loving home.
However if you have your heart set on a pure breed cat then do a little research and decide what traits suit you best. Do you like a very vocal spoiled cat, a large animal cat, curled ears, or a water loving cat? You can do a search via Petfinder.org for a particular breed to adopt from a shelter in your area.

A mixed breed cat, you can rescue one of these loving animals from your local pound or go to petfinder.com and find a rescue group near you.

Just do not go to a pet store because they harm the animals there and when they aren't "cute" and little anymore they just send them to the pound where it is harder for them to find a home.

Mixed breed cats are smart, funny, and very loveable.

I don't think many people put a lot of emphasis on cat breeds. Just find a cat or kitten that needs a home, and they will love you for it!

Just get a stray cat from the pound they are more lovable. The purebred cats don't show much affection and some are inbred so they can get all kinds of diseases. Trust me I got a Persian and we had to take it to the vet alot.

Go to a shelter and see which one speaks to your heart. That is the one that will make the best pet.
