Please help me , i think that i have gotten so good at giving my self a hand that i dont hardly last anytime at all during the real thing, any suggestion please i need ur help

Try slowing down and taking your time. Cut back on the hand jobs that will help to. Save yourself for the real thing. If that doesn't work, trying seeing a Doctor. Take Care.

Honey the only thing you can do is take it nice and sloooooow. When you start to feel like your about to blow stop and cool down for a mintue, maybe make out or just touch for a while. Also wearing two condoms helps to make your member less sensitive and you'll be able to last longer.

I would've thought so much practice helped u last longer. I'm not sure,exactly how to help. Maybe just try not to fire right away.. just tease and when u almost get their tease ur self and wait then do it again and again and I know doing that makes ur fire more intense when u do.
