I was at my boyfriend's house last night. He kept asking me "What?" I'd ask him why he kept asking that, and he said a couple times that it looked like I was going to say something. Then a couple of times he said I was looking at him funny. I don't know what he was expecting me to say, but because he kept bringing it up it was like he was expecting something. What do you all think?

My guess would be he's contemplating on something he isn't sure of. Maybe the feeling he has for you. Or he's figuring out whether you can read his mind or not. A communication thing, anyhow!

I think he is hearing voices in his head, and is trying to cover for it by pinning it on you.

He'll be ok unless he answers back. Then you need to get some help because how are you supposed to follow/participate in a conversation you can only hear 1/2 of?

It could also be that he is nervous for some reason, but I think the voices in his noggin are out joggin make more sense.

Well did you ever think that maybe he though you were going to say something? Men usually say what they mean. Its us women who add way more than what is there. Unless you think something is going on that shouldn't be or you really have something to say then it was a simple case of mistaken identity. Don't add something that wasn't there.

he probably done did something and hes not sure if you've found out about it yet so whenever you look at him he is expecting you to blurt it out so to throw you off and get on the defensive at the same time he says "What?Z" like what now?

Next time, just say you had a good time going out with him or say you like him.

i think perhaps he is guilty of something and is worried that u are going to confront him. if he was not guilty of something why would he be so high strung, unless u are like me and u are moody all the time so he is just nervous thinking u are going to flip out on him or something/

You may have had something going through your mind. Just say next time, "Nothing, just thinkin about how lucky I am to have you." Ego stroked and he might not ask again.
