Put something between your knees (glancing around I see a tissue box) and squeeze it between your knees.

Get a Staples box and stick it under your desk and prop your feet on it and sit right on the edge of your chair. Swivel your chair side to side while moving your knees side to side.

Adjust your feet on the same box till your knees are pushed against the bottom of the desk lean back in your chair and do crunches!

Scootch back in your chair and rest your feet on the edge of the box, move it up and down with your feet. This doesn't really do much but keep your blood flowing.

You can do all sorts of stretches too. Back and arm stretches especially.
