If you know the newspaper, you may be able to either a) go there and look through their archives or b) call their archive department and perhaps order a copy.

Try doing a google search on the names. If the newspapers are available online, the announcements should come up in your search.

yeah the library normally keeps papers/periodicals for a while. or u might be able to check on the internet, depending on the source, or maybe even contact the publisher
