Depends what they're trying to cook. Something like spaghetti is kinda hard to mess up (unless you let the pot boil over or something). Anyone can cook as long as they pay close attention to the directions and the food (don't walk away from anything while it's cooking if you can).

Actually they should get someone to show them how. If they want to try by themselves, they should start with simple recipes, not elaborate ones. Like learning to cook vegetables properly or how to fry hamburgers. There're plenty of books on the subject. If you're on a tight budget, try a local library.

first of all i would say there aren't many people who can't cook at all. they may be beginners or don't like to but anyone can learn. it isn't really too difficult. there are many simple dishes anyone can make. everyone, even young kids with supervision, should learn the basics.

yes it is totally possible they want to succeedd in cooking give them time and they might come out with a mastert piece they want practice and what better way but in home kitchen
