i have an advice , don`t ever use the teeth whitening solutions , it damage the teeth completely , if you dona wanna listen to my advice you can put a drop of lemon on your tooth brush , it gives good results , but it will damage your teeth , by the way , my aunt ius a dentist , she told me that those solution damages the tooth completely

The Best way I discovered in my teeth was this, when you brush your teeth, apply the paste on to your teeth with the tooth brush & leave it on for a minute or two....then brush your teeth regularly...see the diffrence in a weeks time..Every toothpaste has a whitning component in it, we just don't allow it to act on our teeth by just brushing all the time....allow it to sit for a while & the brust!!

if you want along term solution..you'll have to go to a dentist...if you want something at home..you can rub them with vanilla or strawberry..most Hollywood stars do that.
