Generally I like simple, but with a sprinkling of excitement. Anything vanilla with chocolate, fudge/caramel pieces, or nuts inside seems to work for me.
One that I like, eventhough it does have chocolate ice cream in addition to the vanilla is Ben & Jerry's Everything but the... (its New York Super Fudge Chunk/Heath Bar Crunch/Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream mixed together..Yummm!
