I am guessing that this will be an interior door between an attached garage or utility room and the living space of the house. You are looking for a solid core door, but you do not mention whether it will be painted or stained and varnished. There will be a price difference between the two. I also assume that it is a standard sized door and that you will reuse the existing door frame, hinges, and lockset.

I had a therma-tru 20 min fire rated door purchased and installed for about $800 - but that was 10 years ago.
It really depends on the door you buy and who you have install it as to how much it will cost in total. Just make sure you check to make sure you don't violate the warranty when you're choosing your installer.
