There is no way. You're going to hurt him. That's life - we all get hurt from time to time.
There's a difference between moving on and being cruel. Just move on - don't rub his face in it or otherwise be cruel.

Get rid of the old one first. MAKE SURE he realizes it is not going to work out and you want to move on. If you make it perfectly clear that you are breaking it off, it shouldn't be a problem.
When you start seeing someone else, it is none of the ex's business what you do or who you see. I don't see the point of your question when you say "without hurting your old one".
Either you are finished with the present one or you are not finished. If you are concerned about hurting him, then maybe the relationship isn't over yet??????

First determine why you want a "new man" what's wrong with the old one? Is it something you can talk to him about? Are you bored with the relationship, or is it something more deeper your looking for. I really do beleive that we must look inside ourselves in order to find truth, otherwise were just wondering around aimless. Good luck I hope your find what your looking for.

first of all you need to get out of the situation that you end. before
you thinking about find someone new. dont you think. that would
hurt more that you not honest about how you feel. you cant go to
the future without dealing with the past.....

you need to close one door before you open another one.
losing someone always hurts if they still have feeings. You have to think of what you want and go and get it. He will get over it.
