some1 tells me they r..some1 says its all rubbish..

They are real. I have had many paranormal experiences. There are spirits which are wonderful and I love them dearly. Then there are the ghosts which are mostly like karmic echoes and do the same thing, never really develop, and are attached to a place or thing, but might still be semi-sentient.

OK, I'll tell you my experiences, and you decide.
I've worked in nursing homes for the last 10 years, and there's been some weird stuff happening. I once saw a woman, just standing in the middle of the corridor, but I was ignorant and turned away, did a sort of doubletake thing and in that second she'd gone. Didn't see her face, but she had a white dress or nightie on, with a pale blue cardigan or bed jacket.

Another time I was sat in the lounge, and I always sit so I can see up both corridors, even just out of the corner of my eye. Well I kept seeing a blue light down the right hand corridor, right at the bottom, but all doors were shut and there were no windows so it couldn't have been a reflection. I thought it was just my eyes playing a trick on me, so I started sitting facing the other way, fully expecting to start seeing it down the other corridor, but it was still down the same corridor. I asked other staff and everyone had seen the same thing when they sat where I sat.
Another time I heard a really freaky laugh, like it was just next to me, but everyone was in bed asleep.

A woman I was working with one night said she could hear shuffling feet, and that she heard it a lot, always at the same time of night, but there was no-one walking around. While she was talking to me I felt my legs go cold and goosebumpy, like someone was walking through them. From the tops of my thighs upwards and my knees down I felt fine, but in between was cold. That freaked me out more than anything.

I've heard of a nursing home where the staff all go round together, cos apparently there's a nasty ghost there. It's supposed to have thrown a TV at someone once, but I've never been so I dunno if it's true.

We've got a playful ghost at our house (at least I like to call it playful,to call it a paedo would just freak me out!), I always sleep in shorts and t-shirt, or pyjamas, and one morning when I woke up my shorts were over by the door. No jokes please, I'm sure I would have noticed if I'd taken them off and thrown them across the room in the middle of the night. The exact same thing happened to my sister a few weeks later. We told my Dad but he didn't believe us, and just thought it was funny. That is, until a few months ago when I got home after a night shift and my Dad was looking a bit freaked out. He'd gone to bed, leaving all his clothes in a pile on the floor, but when he got up to go to the loo in the middle of the night he found his underpants in the toilet!!

Yes they are. Usually harmless, but pray for them to go toward the light, they may not know they're dead and are just stuck here. Or maybe they are just your loved ones that have passed and are just checking in on you briefly. You can call them to you if you need them and they'll be there in a heart beat. Can be a great comfort but then let them go, they have things to do too.
