Why does you sex life suck? Surely not just b/c your "girl" want perform oral on you. You to should sit down and discuss what you both like and dislike in the bedroom. Maybe you could reach a compromise about it. Do you perform oral on her? Basically communication is essential in a relationship intimate and not. You shouldn't and can't force her to perform oral if she isn't comfortable. Trying asking her why she doesn't want to perform oral on you. Try different positions, "Karma Sutra" and some creativity of your on works wonders. Be even more inventive, strawberries, champagne, whipped cream, cherries, chocolate syrup.....there's also toys, and role playing. Well, you don't have to role play that's ya'll's choice, but have her act out your fantasy. French maid, cheerleader whatever you desire. Make her feel sexy and confident in herself and the rest should fall into place. You could always invest in a sex therapist as well if things still are working to you desire. There's also erotic stories....this would have to be taken upon your "girl" to write while I'm sure a guy could write them I think thy might be more enjoyed if written by your "girl" basically your taking fantasy or even reality (what you want to have done) and putting into very detailed words. Oh, and don't be so quick to get rid of your "girl" b/c she want perform sexual acts with you. A relationship isn't and shouldn't be all about sex.

you have to understand that not everyone is into giving oral.
perhaps giving her good oral would encourage her to want to please you the way you had pleased her....
talk to her, explain to her that this is one of the main ways you get off, and how you would really appreciate it if she would try doing this to/for you.
don't pressure her though
