Try some of the John Frieda Frizz Ease stuff, that will help to keep your curls manageable so you will be able to let it down. Either that or you can braid it or have a french plait done at the hairdressers that can last up to a week.

Hope I helped :)

Hi!!
Have you ever thought about getting it cut short for the summer and letting it grow back in the winter

maybe trying some gel in it and let it dry naturally. The gel may weigh it down a little and give the curls a looser look...

I have the same problem. I aksed my hairdresser and he said that leave-in conditioner and hair mousse could help.
