take vitamins and eat healthy...
the more nutrients you get... teh more can go to hair growth..
if you barely have enough for your body..
then theres definately not enough for your hair.
this is weird.. but jello is really good for your hair and nails... it makes them stronger.

Go out in the sun it helps grow ur hair and get it cut SLIGHTLY to get rid of the dead hair every month once.

best thing i will say is as a hairstylist keep braiding it or get a clarifying shampoo and cleanse ever other day ,,and DON"T wash your hair everday ,,u r stripping the oils that make it healthy and actually grow!!!!!!

seriously. your going to laugh. use horse shampoo. it's works. i use it and it also strenthens the hair. my hair hasn't been falling as much as before.
