Mine on average lasts for 15 minutes and I was wondering if that would be considered normal?

In most people the bowl movement stops just before they wipe. You might want to talk to a qualified medical person or at least keep a supply of crossword puzzles comics or a good book if it is taking you 15 minutes each time. I have found that if you do not want your bowl movements to last that long just invite a bunch of people over and when one of them opens the door on you by accident your bowl movement will stop immediately. Your face gets red but the bowl movement stops.

Well I drop and go. But if constipated or are having to push hard then use a laxitive. Follow the directions and also eatfiber fruit grains, bran, raw vegetables etc. If that doesn't work then you should see a doctor cuz you could have some blockage. Also, get a colon cleanse.

MIne only last 2-3 minutes. I just sit and go. My husband on the other hand takes a half hour or so, but he likes to read. Maybe it is a guy thing.

A normal bowel movement is every 2 hours...if you are having them every 15 minutes you may be having diarrhea....you need to cleanse out Ur intestines with a good laxative..sometimes diarrhea is in some way connected to being impacted...you could be on Ur way to be constipated...so cleanse your intestines out with a good laxative

if u dont eat enough fiber and carbs its normal...bc ur somehwat constipated. eat more fruits and grains love. mine take 30 sec-1 minute
