Always cook poultry and pork thoroughly to kill any bacteria.
Steaming vegetables retains more vitamins than boiling.
When BBQing we use a Weber chimney to start the fire. You load paper under the charcoal to start the fire eliminating the need for lighter fluid...less chemicals...
Eat as many raw foods as possible...cooking takes away from the nutritional value.
Use extra virgin olive oil. It lowers cholesterol. Oils high in trans fats are nasty, not healthy.

any cooking method is good unless and untill you are not burning it or frying it too much which eliminates most of the nutrients...

Boiling vs quick steam; One preserves more of the nutrutional integrity of fresh food (steaming), the other simply washes it away (boiling)
