Try not to "piss" her off. Pun intended.

To someone who is not a "cat person", this probably sounds like a silly question. However, "Medic" is right. Cats definitely DO have a wide range of feelings, and getting mad is one of them.

When I got my cat Jefferson fixed, he was SO MAD when he came home from the vet that he would search out anything that belonged to ME (not my husband or kids, mind you), and pee an entire puddle on it. My answer to that after a few days was not to let him in at night to see if he would quit, but he got SO MAD AT THAT that he ran away. It was very sad for us. (I might add that he was used to being outside, but he liked to sleep with me at night).

So the other person who answered you was also right - - don't make them mad! Of course, that's not always possible, but at least try not to make the situation worse by further "ticking them off". Like people, they do eventually get over it at some point. Maybe a little treat or new toy would help?

There really is nothing you can do about it if you know for a fact that she's doing t because she's mad. Cats are very temperamental creatures.
