No and no. Many vegetable are actually better for you after they are cooked. The body can't break down some of the raw vegetables properly and you don't get all the nutrients. Spinach is a prime example.

No it is not bad for you. When a microwave is on it produces a magnetic field that makes all the molecules in the food vibrate very fast. This vibration causes friction and that is what heats up your food. There is no radioactive materials or anything like that involved.

What i heard that microwave makes veges loose the good stuff, so i dont think that makes it good for you ..

Who knows. When my little nephew eats anything that has been microwaved he gets small ulcers that show up in his mouth about 4-6 hours later. Some people are sensitive to it. Makes you wonder WHY this happens!
