How important is exercising to us? exercising is SO important, but many people dont value it as much as they should.
Does exercising impact school and your daily life as well? How much? well i have an everyday weight training class at school and my classes are 80 minutes long, so thats how i exercise at school, then i come home and i will ride my stationary bike, then most days i go to the YMCA and i swim laps.
Can exercising or being active in sports help you academically?yes, exercising gives you energy during the day and more stamina as well, so youll be able to consintrate much better, also for high school students you must maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 to be in a sport, that pushs kids to do well.
What are the benefits of exercising? like i said, more energy, more muscle mass to help you burn more calories at a resting state, good for your heart, exercising is a mood booster as well,youll love the way you look too.
Why people don’t like to exercise? its hard to get started in a routine, also you get sweaty and sore, not a very appealing thing huh? and the main thing is that it takes time to see results, we live in a world where its instant everything (ie: fast food, instant messaging,e-mail,overnight express mail, machines to do everything) so its difficult for a lot of people to realise that they actually have to work hard to see some results.
How crucial is it to incorporate exercising into our lifestyle? its probaly the most important thing for people today, becuase we have so many fattening foods now, and machines and such are making it easier and easier for us to be lazy and being to lazy and eating to much yummy fattening food equals obesity.
Can you be a better athlete if you exercise daily or as much as you can?yes with out a doubt, but too much exercise can be a bad thing, you can hurt yourself, but its obvious that more physical activity will make you a better athelete.
Do you think that the couch potatoes wouldn’t get anything out of anything by watching TV? they'll get fat and unhealthy, and strongly increase their risk for heart desease, thats what they'll get.
Do people who are active tend to be more active in other areas, other than exercising?yes, they sleep better, usually eat better, they are healthier, and can consintrate.
Is exercising the only best solution to the US’s rising obesity today? well, its not the only solution, exercising is half the battle, you can exercise until you pass out but if you go home and eat a whole pizza you're still gonna gain weight, so you have to eat right AND exercise.
Are there any good reasons that a person should not exercise?no, evn if you have some physical ailment there is some exercise for you out there.
How do you know you are doing too much exercises or is there no such thing? listen to your bodies signals, really sore muscles? skip the gym today, give your body time to heal. really unusually tired? your body is telling you to rest again. or that maybe your going to the gym too many days a week.
How do you know you are doing enough exercise? just follow the daily recomended amount (or do more) and you should be fine.
How do you know you are not doing enough exercise? your waistline will tell you.

YES. I GO TO THE GYM 5-6 TIMES A WEEK AFTER WORK. I HAVE TO GET IN WORKOUT IN BEFORE I EAT DINNER OR DO OTHER ACTIVITIES AFTER WORK.
Can exercising or being active in sports help you academically?
I THINK SO. I AM OUT OF SCHOOL BUT I WOULD THINK IT WILL GIVE YOU MORE ENERGY.
What are the benefits of exercising?
MORE ENGERY. BETTER IMAGE OF SELF. HEALTHIER BODY AND MIND. MORE SEX DRIVE.
Why people don’t like to exercise?
LAZINESS OR THEY HAVE NOT FOUND SOMETHING THEY LIKE.

VERY IMPORTANT. WE RELY ON CARS, BUSES, SUBWAYS TO GET AROUND AND WE JUST DON'T GET ENOUGH EXERCISE. OUR BODIES NEED IT. YOU FEEL BETTER AFTER A GOOD WORKOUT.

IT MAY BE A GOOD SOLUTION BUT ALSO EATING HEALTIER. WE ARE A NATION OF FAST FOODS AND SUPER-SIZE PORTIONS WHICH ONLY LEADS TO OBESITY. AND AMERICANS ARE LAZY.

NO. INJURY MIGHT HINDER THE ABILITY TO EXERCISE ALOT BUT ALL YOU NEED IS 30 MINS A DAY.

YES THERE IS A THING. WHEN YOUR BODY IS TOO TIRED IT WILL LET YOU KNOW. WHEN YOU GET INJURIED YOU BETTER STOP.

I LIKE A GOODWORK FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. CARDIO FOR AT LEAST 45 MINS THEN SOME WEIGHTS. BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.
