They may or may not. It depends on their personality and your new cat's personality. Generally, dogs get along wonderfully with each other. Cats can go either way. You'll probably notice the other two beating up on your new kitten at first which is them establishing their dominance so you'll want to watch them for a while. Also, keep your new kitten in a room by him/herself for about a week or so that way the cats can sniff each other under the door without harming each other. You should slowly introduce your new kitten to your other two and supervise them until you know everything will be ok. Or your current cats may not mind the new kitten. Again, it's all about their personalities. My cats didn't mind having new kittens in our home, though there were spats every once in a while.

To introduce a new cat I would recommend bringing the cat in a carier and keep it in so that the cats can smell the cat and get used to it for a while.

Then put the cat in its own room for a while.

Then have supervised time together with the new and current cats.

Eventually all will get along fine

I brought in a second cat three months ago and they still don't get along - at all. They are each calm alone but not together. I think I'd think twice about getting a second unless it's a kitten.

Of course they will. Cats are very territorial. Eventually they will get used to the other cat.

Yes, they'll get cranky. However, they'll get over it in time. You just have to be patient and let everyone get to know each other. There may be some fighting to start with, let it play out (as long as no one is seriously getting their butt beaten, of course!) so they can establish a pecking order.

When you introduce the new cat put vanilla on each cat's (old and new) noses that way they all smell the same. and help the process along.

For a while, then they will probably become friends. Separate them at first, expect a lot of hissing and growling at first, but usually after a couple weeks, it will all settle down.
