You are going to have a large problem with that.
McDonalds employees pretty much their own commercial photography crew (by commercial I don't mean video).
However, if you really want to persue the matter you can try visiting the Corporate McDonalds Website (http://www.mcdonalds.com/corp.html) and checking through there for contact information. Keep persuing and try to get a meeting. They won't deal with anyone even close to third rate. If the meeting can't be done in person they won't even concider you. Also, be sure to have a full portfolio behind you of image. Not just one or two. They aren't a newspaper that hires freelance photographers here and there as needed.

Dear Adam The Engineer:
Why do you want to seel your photos to McDonalds? Is it for advertisement? Just contact them, they will tell you how to do it. I am not a McDonalds fan but I think they will appreciate your creativity.

good pic. ask if you can contact the advertisement office @ a stor. u might want to ask a lawyer if they can use ur idea after they see the pic. but not pay royalties or copyright fees and make their own pic. Email the pic to the adver. off.and they should buy it. unless they can make their own pic 4 cheaper.

Ermm??... I'm speechless?!?
Don't get me wrong , but you should work real hard to improve your skills . And your compositions . And your lighting . And your creativity . Only then you could consider selling your pictures .
It's bad , really .
