I'm 5" and I weigh 102lbs! I REALLY wanna lose a little weight, even tho most of you guys are gonna say that is a healthy weight. I also need a flat stmach so I can look good in a swimsuit! PLEASE HELP!!! and i don't wanna hear I am a heaslthy weight!!!

i give you a diet model. it worked for me and i lost 7 lbs in 5 days.

all the instruction is for entire day:
first day => apples
2nd day => milk
3rd day => chicken (any way of cooking except oil fry)
4th day => vegetable
5th day => egg

in the meantime you can also eat lettuce. but first consult with a diatition before you do that.

Eat something healthy (fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, beans, etc.) every 4 hours from when you wake up til you go to bed. That should come to 3-5 small meals. And do at least 30 minutes of cardio several times a week too, and some weight lifting. If you have a lot of self-disclipline like I do, you might pull off a 10 lb loss in 2 months. But I think your chances of getting your weight too much lower would be by becoming anorexic. But if you do that, I will personally find you and yell at you. Don't worry about the weight. Just tone up. B/c if you do I listed anyway, you'll lose a lil, but not much b/c of gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat.

A little gentle excercise, don't over do it, you only want to tone and not build too much muscle.
For a flat somach hold your stomach in, do every day plus a few sit ups with knees bent and only rise your back slightly not the full way, arms straight out before you. Hold this position before lying back down, repeat ten times aday.
There are plenty of excercise videos to give you an idea and to give you a regime. Try drinking extra water and cut out the sugar treats like chocolate.
If doing every day don't do too many, a few to tone is all that is needed, it is also good to allow the muscles to relax so once got where you want to do every two days to keep toned.
I don't need to do a work out but did do the above after my pregnancys and worked a treat and I only dance a little to music, that is another way you can lose a few pounds without putting yourself out

As the first answer said- running every day will work. another excercise you can do is leg lifts. lay on your back with your hands under your butt. lift your feet off the floor together and keep your knees straight. you don't want to lift them straight up so you relax the stomach muscles- think of a 45 degree angle. lower them but don't touch them too the floor. keeping them off the floor keep the stomach tight. going up & down counts as 1. Do 10 of these on the first day, and slowly increase them by 5 after a few days. be careful not to do too many because you will really regret it the next day. I didn't listen once and my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't laugh or sneeze! you are a good weight for your height but everyone's body is different . don't go overboard!

OK, well i hate to break it to you, but you really are a healthy weight :p
if it is any consolation, i looked it up, and technically the ideal weight for your height is 101lbs, but that is beside the point. i know how you feel, i had the same problem, the way to fix it, is pretty much to eat healthily (and watch those calories) but also to do regular exercises. also, if it is a flat stomach your after, try doing sit-ups, they can help, but if your still unsure, try asking someone at the local gym to give you some advice.

Okay, u probably look fine but if u wannna lose:

1. Exersise 2 times a day
2. Drink i glass of water b4 u eat, 1 while u eat, and 1 after u eat
3. Eat healthy; no fried foods or sweets!!
4.Stay away 4m fast food places and restuarants, they will make u cave in!!!
5. do sit ups and cruches 4 ur stomach

a lot of these ppl say that you should exercise and eat healthy. you've tried that, i know it...but its hard, right?
this takes alot of self-control, but buy meal replacement (wich gives u all your vitamins n minerals etc.) and takes only 3 cans per day, one at breakfast time, lunch time, and dinner. this will help you ALOT! if u want to loose the weight quicker, exercise, only take 2 cans per day and the only other food you can eat is celerie. try it

I know u don't want to hear this but your are a healthy weight!!!! If all u're worried about is your belly fat, jus do some squats with your back against the wall, and remember to breath. You need oxygen to get those muscles toned and working. but if you lose anymore weight you're gonna disappear. girl please. I'm 5"2 165lbs, and i used to be 115lbs girl please!!! i bet u look good. i hope this helps

O.K. I won't tell you that you are a healthy weight. I lied; sorry. You are already at a perfect mass to size weight. To flatten what is already probably a sublime tummy, try hanging from a chin-up bar and lift your legs. When you stretch out your tum-tum like that, it will help to flatten it.
