What kind of game are you playing? It's Rock, paper, scissors. no gun. If there were I would say a Bomb would beat a gun any day of the week.

We always played rock, paper, scissors, bomb. And scissors beat bomb. But I guess paper could beat gun because you could give the gun holder a nasty paper cut and make him drop it.
