Whenever I was dieting I ate a carb friendly yogurt for breakfast and that was all. IT had like 80 calories and if you eat sllowly and drink a big glass of water you will be full. Remember that it takes your brain 20 minutes to get the signal that you have eaten, so if you eat and still feel hungry wait at least 20 minutes. Most of the time you don't feel hungry by then. Best wishes

You should start your morning out with a protein and a carb. Like cottage cheese/ yogurt & a piece of fruit or eggs and a piece of toast. If you opt for cereal make sure it's high fiber/ low sugar cereal and low fat milk.

As a wellbeing practitioner that makes a speciality of weight help i think of your present day weight is relatively low. Your approximate suited bodyweight for 5'6" is one hundred thirty lbs!! you're focusing WAYYYYYY too a lot on your weight. The word nutrition ordinary shouldn't additionally be on your vocabulary. The words" ingesting healthful" would desire to be. concentration on ingesting much less sophisticated sugars and processed grains and starches and extra on vegetables and end result and nuts. workout is great, proceed to be energetic. Your physique continues to be changing a lot so do no longer concentration on the kilos top now concentration on being healthful and energetic.
