I asked if it was time for americans to take training to understand "indian accent" .I got a violation notice!:) do you think this amounts to inciting violence?

Makes me want to get my cap pistol out and shoot Tonto, Yahoo seems to have no rhyme nor reason as to what is a violation or what is not a violation. Some things slide and others you get a notice. I don't think they really have a set policy.

a violation notice doesn't mean inciting violence.
i can see how that would be a problem. my mom works here in california, and here coworker can't understand what the people from india are saying.
but you can't really give training for that. it just takes getting used to. if someone is around indian accents for a while, they would be able to pick it up.

The question sounds like it was a stupid question anyway... training to understand a certain accent... give me a break.
If you stop, listen and attempt to communicate, it's not a problem understanding any accent. The ones I can't understand are the kids coming around acting like "thugs" with their street slang... their allegedly talking English, but it's worse than anyone with an accent I've encountered yet.

They probably don't have a specific violation for inciting ignorance so you got the closest one they could find.

I take it by "indian accent" you mean American accent. Why would you want Americans to have to take training to understand "american accent", you don't make sense. I take it you're a foreigner. If you have your green card, welcome, no matter what accent you have.
