Before he was born from Mary's womb, Jesus was in heaven with his heavenly Father. John 3:13 Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven but he that descended from heaven, the Son of man.

Jesus: Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.

Jesus left heaven to live as a human being, so God had to perform some type of miracle. He transferred Jesus into the womb of a faithful Jewish woman, Mary.

Luke 1:30 So the angel said to her: “Have no fear, Mary, for you have found favor with God; 31 and, look! you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and you are to call his name Jesus. 32 This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father, 33 and he will rule as king over the house of Jacob forever, and there will be no end of his kingdom.”

34 But Mary said to the angel: “How is this to be, since I am having no intercourse with a man?” 35 In answer the angel said to her: “Holy spirit will come upon you, and power of the Most High will overshadow you. For that reason also what is born will be called holy, God’s Son.

This is no surprising when you think what Science these days has done, such as cloning. If humans can do it, why would the creator of this Earth have a problem doing it? Revelation 4:11 “You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.”

Yes, Jesus was conceived of the HolySpirit (Matthew 1:20). Mary was his mother, and the Father was his Father. The Word (the Logos) who was equal to God, chose to be a human (Philipians 2:5-8).

People have been trying to prove religious matters through logical "cleverness" for centuries. I'd say the more important inquiry would be as whether or not this is important in how you love others and care for them.

Well, that assumes god creates every man and woman. I personally do not agree, but it is a matter of belief.
