Where can I buy a writeable internal CD/DVD drive for my Dell Latitude laptop? I want new not refurbished.?

My laptop has interchangeable drives--one for floppy, one for CD/R. I tried external drives, the quality is not that good, and they are bulky. I saw refurbished drives advertised for $40-50, but am afraid to use them. Who has the best deal on internal DVD/CD-ROM drive for Dell.
