I stayed here and found it very easy to get anywhere in D.C.

It is across the river in Arlington, Virginia and about three short blocks from a Metro stop. I found it to be reasonable in price, clean, and offered a good breakfast. The metro stop has several places to eat near it. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the metro stop for those days that might be raining.

Hope this helps
