BUT, assuming you are asking if guardians are responsible for criminal acts committed by incapacitated adults, it depends upon the acts and the circumstances around it.
Criminally, if there was any assistance provided they can be (again, depending on the facts).
Civilly, there is much more likelihood that they would be responsible if they were negligent in caring for the person and they injured another.
If you were asking about whether the guardians are liable for their own acts, OF COURSE.
