Absolutely! I use Green Tea with Coral Calcium. Many people do not know this, but if you're deficient in calcium, your body releases a hormone called calcitriol. Calcitriol basically tells your body to STORE FAT! So, by drinking the Green Tea with Coral Calcium, you are getting two fat fighters, green tea and calcium (coral calcium).

This online store (below) has the exact brand I used to lose a bunch of weight. Fast ship too!

Green tea does not have sugar in it naturally. Its loaded full of healthy antioxidants and will "help" speed up metabolism with the right diet. I have 2-4 cups a day with a balanced diet as a supplement to the soda's and sports drinks I used to have. Like any diet, you have to exercise. Check out forums on budybuilding.com and runnersworld.com to see what thousands of people have to say about it. Good Luck!

No it does not. It only makes you tiss a lot and loose water. That doesn't do much for the fat.
