Not many realize it. It is what the Bible calls the "apostasy" in the end times and the basis of it is deception, that is why so few see it. Many do recognize it but are hindered by the question what to do about it. God told us that there would be four signs that indicate that the church had apostatized,
1) The Church would become a "singing" church (Which it has)
2) The Church would lose interest in the Bible (Which it has)
3) The Church would become worldly (Which it has)
4) The church would believe that everyone has the right to worship God in his own way. (Which it has)
Don't be surprised if the church fights you on this, God said that in the last days they would not endure sound doctrine. They will throw you out, and many have been thrown out. You are not alone.
