That really depends. You could try something like caffeine which MIGHT offer a temporary surge of energy which might get you to feeling a bit better, but professional care is really the best way to go if you are feeling very depressed, especially if it lasts any length of time (over a week or so).

That depends on how long you have been depressed? Are you taking any anti-depression medication? If you answered no to the last question and you've been suffering with depression for a long while, I strongly suggest you go see your family doctor. He or she may suggest you see a psychiatrist or psychologist for these problems. Are you seeing a therapist to talk about your depression? You may want to see one. Medications alone for many people just isn't enough. Talking about your problems and venting to someone else can also help you in the long run.
There are no quick fixes to depression. Depression if left untreated could cause other physical and emotional disturbances. Take it from someone who knows.

You need to do something that will increase the level of endorphines, which are a feel good chemical in your brain. Listening to upbeat music that you enjoy. Excercise that is fun, like roller blading, or swimming. Go sit outside even and get some sun, and don't think about what is making you depressed.

How long have you been feeling depressed? You may need to see your doctor and talk to him/her about your depression. There IS NO fast solution if you've got depression.

go to a doctor. if u can't go to one immediately, do something that u really enjoy a lot and think about things that u really like for a while. that won't work as well as u might want but it's something that could distract u from whatever is making u depressed for a while.

go shopping for YOU or go get your hair done doing something for yourself helps. just remeber you are someone because GOD don't make no junk. keep smiling it makes others wonder what you are up too!
