I'm Cajun so definitely we make anything with rice & gravy. And of course boiled crawfish, boudin, cracklins, hoghead cheese, & all of that stuff is to die for. It's not the healthiest but boy is it good. But when I want to eat something a little different, I like Italian. But you give me any piece of meat: beef, pork, chicken, crawfish, deer, squirrel, rabbit, turtle, any fish or seafood etc & I'll make you some rice & gravy & you'll definitely be hooked. OMG, now I'm really hungry & it's 3 hours til lunch. By the way, if you've never had this type of food it may sound repulsive but believe me, it is absoutely delicious, there's nothing like it. And I'm not talking about the Cajun foods that's served in resturants, they're not always authentic, you need home cooked Cajun dishes.

I also like pasta and I love spaghetti with mushrooms, small pieces of ground beef with small pieces of red pepper. Of course it taste best with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. And I can't have spaghetti without garlic bread and nice ice cold sprite!
