Considering that he was chosen by a panel of deluded shamans who decided among themselves that he was the re-incarnation of the last holder of the title, it would be a perfectly reasonable claim to make.
He probably wouldn't have let the Chinese communists kick his little yellow *** out of Tibet, murder his countrymen, defile his temples and generally persecute the religious.

what ifs? it could be possible, but, it would be unlikely, because that action would be unjust. It would be so unimaginable for God to materialized in the body of a male, a female, or hermaprodite.It would also be unimaginable to be in a body of a tibetan, instead of an white american, black american, american indian, chinese or whatever race

I would be rather suspicios of him. He claims he kills nothing - a Vagan - yet he has many vaccination marks! so killing micro organizms is ok but not the bigger entities/things with life?
