i really care about my b/f and im pretty sure he knows that but with him it is really hard to tell i want to tell him that i love him but i did that once b/f and he dident say anything wich kinda hurt, but that was along time ago .

It has been like that since the beginning of time, Men are wired differently then women, So they react differently to things than we do, With guys they are more physical while we are more emotional.
Guys actually feel like the things they do and the way they act, should be good enough for us (women) to know that they love or care about us, but of course that is not completely so right ladies? we do need to hear it from time to time.
As guys get older they do seem to figure it out some and they will fall into place but, while you are young, don't worry yourself sick over this, What I would say is to if you really do feel like you love this guy, tell him but, if you don't hear it back don't panic right away, if he truly feels the same it may come out and may not, just look closely at his actions.
If he does little things for you or want to spend all of his spare time with you instead of the boys, then I am sure he is feeling the same way to.
You have to remember they are a little slower than the fairer sex.

He shows you appreciation, like your "fine art ", his words reflect upon you as a rainbow circles the sky.
Flirting, stands close to you, uses body language, touches you frequently, eye contact, when your speaking to one another. Mentions your name around other people and his friends.
If he does all this, I'd hang on to this guy, and just be patient.

ever since you became an item he don't utter the three letter word?well love is much sweeter said than read.but if he don't express by telling you maybe he shows in his actions,you can tell also if he express himself by saying he loves you thru actions..and hugs and kisses and time he spends to you.that's more counted.there are others who says i love you but don't know what they meant for it.

when he shows it and treats you nice well bring up the topic love and see how he feels about it and what he thinks if a girl says it first will he say it back if he felt the same way

It's the way that he looks at you & touches you (and I don't even mean sexually). If he brings you flowers for absolutely no reason but to say that you're beautiful & I was thinking of you!!!

you can test it by calling him up and saying that you have been hurt.just note his reaction.you will come to know everything.(you can try something else also of this kind)

just dont met him for 1 week and see what he do for you in that week i mean how many times he calls you and how many times he visits you and whats his condition
