My 19-year-old cousin is a sophmore in college who has decided he wants to work toward ending hunger in Africa. One of his ideas is to work toward sustainable development in these regions, and he wants to study the ecology of the region.

Can you recommend a good school for this, and a good agency, company or NGO that would help him gain experience?
