I think I'd go with Queen Elizabeth. There is just something about Pope Benedict that I don't like.

It would have to be the queen because she is far more reasonable than the pope!
Despite what people are saying both are associated with democracy. The pope is voted for by the people of the Holy See, where he is head of State, like the president of other countries like America.
The Queen is what many believe to be the last chance of the UK falling into a tyrannical regime, and many suggest that if the Germans had a constitutional monarchy after World War I, Hitler may never have got complete control. In fact in Italy, the Italian King forced Mussolini to resign during World War II when the Italians did not like him anymore!!
