First I'd like to make 2 statements:
1) 'Che sará sará' is not Spanish, it's Italian

Now for the answer: Fun sayings are usually very local so I'd go with those from Mexican answerers, but here are some from Argentina anyway:

"Salimos de Guatemala y nos metimos en Guatepeor" (literally, "We're out of Guatemala (wordplay with mala= bad) and we're into Guate-peor (peor=worse)). It's our version of 'Out of the frying pan and into the fire.'

"A cada chancho le llega su San Martín" (literally, every hog will get his San Martín, a type of wire used to throttle swine to be consumed). Used to express that everybody gets what s/he deserves in time, especially when referring to a love partner LOL.

"Ser el último orejón del tarro" (literally, To be the last apricot-prune in the jar), means that the person is always forgotten or not taken into account.

"Me dejaron como novia de rancho: vestida y alborotada". Literally: "they left me like a ranch bride: all dressed up and excited". Use this to say someone got you all excited about something and didn't deliver. Or when you got stood up.

"Limosnero y con garrote". Literally "a beggar with a baseball bat". Say this expression when someone is asking for a favor, and pressuring you to do it quickly or is getting too picky. It's roughly an equivalent of "beggars can't be choosers".

"Como dice el chinito: yo nomás milando". Literally, "like the little Chinese says: I just staling" (that is, "staring" (looking) with a Chinese accent). Use this when you want to say you're just watching, not participating.

"Me subieron la camiseta y me bajaron los pantalones". Literally "they pulled up my shirt, and pulled down my pants". This is an old saying I recently came across. It is used to say that somebody fooled you into thinking you were getting something, but the reality is they were taking something from you at the same time. For example: they offer you a 30% discount at the store, after they had increased the prices in that same amount.

"¡Otro perro con ese hueso!". Literally, "Another dog with that bone!". Use it to say: "I'm not falling for it!". It is derived from the Aesop fable in which the dog drops his bone after he sees another dog with a bone in the river (actually, just his own reflexion).
