Not really sure I have a problem sleeping at night as I work a lot of night hours so usually when everyone is getting up I am still asleep and when I do get up seem to have missed most of the day but I average about 6 hours if I'm lucky....have a nice day

Sadly, about 4.
I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep again, so now i have absolutely no energy. Since i only had 4 hours of sleep, i've disturbed my REM cycle -- it's likely that tomorrow, i'll make up the time and sleep probably 8-10 hours if i can manage it.
Usually, on weekdays i sleep about 6 hours. I can manage with only 6 hours of sleep, because i make up the REM sleep i'm missing during the weekend by sleeping for about 10 hours. That's the good thing about REM cycles -- you can make them up!
