You can prevent the vomiting to get all over the place by taking a trash bag with you. When you feel like you need to vomit, puke into the bag so you don't make a mess and make the interviewer grossed out. Then apologize and say something like 'I'm very sorry, I am feeling quite sick but I would never miss this job interview...it's too important to me. So even though I'm sick, I came anyway-sorry'. With luck, the interviewer will be happy you didn't make a mess and pleased that you are very dedicated and hard-working.

Well..you COULD use this as an opportunity to show your dedication and commitment to projects. You could say something like, "I was really ill, but I did not want to miss this interview and inconvenience you by changing your schedule at the last minute", or "This interview was really important to me; I apologize for getting ill, but I wanted to meet with you even though I wasn't feeling 100%". Consider the upshots, not the negative side. If you feel you've really screwed up, then send a polite thank you note with a very brief apology and move on.

I'd say immediately schedule an interview with another company, because unless the boss has a REALLY soft heart, you blew that one.
Even if you get the job - he's still going to look at you funny the entire time you work there...

Walk it off. Explain it away as food poisoning or something, to prove your ability to come into work and do your job even if you're not feeling top-notch.

Say sorry and get out. Do not think about the outcome of your interview.

Tell them, "I'm sorry, I have a case of food poisoning. I hope this incident doesn't affect your decision. I am a dedicated hardworking employee."
