The Spleen, Tonsils, Bone Marrow, and even the Thymus gland are all part of the lymphatic system.
The Adrenal gland is not a lymph organ.

A lymph organ is a meeting place of large numbers of white blood cells. The spleen holds tons of them in order to phagocytose old red blood cells. The bone marrow is where new white blood cells are made. The tonsils are just a lymph node without a covering. The adrenal gland has very few white blood cells, it releases hormones such as cortisol and epinephrine.

Tonsils are directly connected to the Lymphatic system...
Nothing in the Adrenal system has connections to the lymphatic system. See, around the Adrenal cortex are lymph nodes, but they surround it, they don't interfere with the adrenal system.
