By law they have to provide you with a W2, but if they don't have your correct mailing address, all they do is send it to the address you provided to them and wait for the post office to return it.
If you file a change of address with the post office, your mail should follow you to your new place. If not, you are going to have to contact the employer and provide them with an address!
Why are you unable to call or write to them? Do you have a friend or family member that can contact them? If they don't know where you want it mailed, they certainly can't help you out!

www.irs.gov they have them but u need to wait til aug to get them from there if it is 2004 tax year it is there now if it is 2005 ty then it may or may not be there but it will be there for sure in aug

you should call them with an updated address so they can mail it at the first of the year , if you don't want to call they will mail it to old address and hope it gets forwarded , why wouldn't you be able to call them
