Too many human feeling to put out whats really going on inside. When I'm trying to talk about my problems, I let fear stop me from saying exactly what I really feel. So I have started to isolate. Then I don't have to be fake, or phony. I can hide. i'm sure Ive been no help at all.

Yes, unfortunately.
Of course it is best to be honest: the truth really will set us free.
But when you start talking...you just get to doctoring things up!
When I have been able to be totally honest, I felt better and
received more relief, regardless of what fallout may have come.

Yes because it is SO hard to portray how you really feel. I hide it because if I try to act on how I feel I usually get misinterpreted.

yeah! usually words destroy the real fillings. in this situations I prefer to hide my emotions to save them from misunderstanding. but I know my friends that should know my feelings can read them from my eyes, and there in no need too explain them!

Yes, because we all wear masks sometimes. Sometimes we are afraid of how we feel ourself, never mind how others will react.
