What are the long term effects and the short term effects? Is it really bad for you?

~It gets really sticky, and if you go to sleep with it there, it gets all over the sheets and the pillow.

Well I don't know about the long term bad effects but I do know that chewing is one of the excercises you do to help prevent wrinkles and that at work many of the ladies chew gum to stop them from eating when they give up smoking or go on diets & they don't seem to have any problems .... oh and cute chick the country that chewing gum is againts the law is Singapore .... have a nice day

Chewing a gum exercise your jaw and become more stronger for grinding foods!Not bad, no side effects but sometimes you will get tired and numbed your face!But that is just normal!

Chewing gum can make your jaws stronger, And your gums healthier ( by increasing circulation )
Keeps your teeth clean
and your breath smelling fresh
also if you are lucky ,chewing
will do away withe a flabby double chin .

Bad effects. You can dislocate your jaw and hinges can hurt more or less. Switch to candy - your jaw will appreciate!

Workin some muscles. If you wanna be able to take a punch easier, chew your gum.

it does strenghten your jaw, but i would not do it for to long,cause of the effects of the gum itself

It will make your jaw stronger, just like when you use any mussel in your body it will become stronger over time.

it can cause sum very untreated problems and it has quite many sideeffects too. tell me in wich countyr is chewing gum prohibited?/reply soon
