Are you kidding? Sometimes the questions are so ambiguous there's no real way to give a proper answer. That's when the points bug rears it's multifaceted head and the only thing you can do is claim the 2 points and move on.

I have answered questions that I have no idea what the answer is just to get 2 points ~ most of the time though I really just like sharing my opinion/knowledge

Aside from your question being a little unclear (are you asking about my personal beliefs, or how & why I answer on this service?), this site/service is dedicated to giving pts. for answers - nuff said, end of story. I occasionally also care about the question/answer. If I don't like the question or know the answer, then I don't bother with it.

some times but i always read the question and think about it before i give an answer. Also, some people use so many short cuts while writing i can't understand the question.

If the question is an inane one, an off-the-wall answer is acceptable. If the question is serious in nature and a response is not only unhelpful but discoutreous and rude, report the answerer.

I don't answer every question I come across, I skip the ones that I don't know nothing about. So If I have to say a flat yes or no to your question it would be a "NO"
