Yes, my son was conceived while I was on b.c. There are many factors involved in the effectiveness of contraceptives. Smoking, drinking, health, medications - all factors that can lower the effectiveness of b.c. pills/patches/shots. Abstinence is the only 100% effective b.c.

yes, if you read the pamphlet that come with it, it will tell you that it is not 100% effective, but if used with a condom correctly than it is more accurate. If you think that you are possibly pregnant than take a home pregnancy test or call your doctor. Because if you are pregnant than you will need to stop the birth control asap.

They are generally 99.9% effective. Same with condoms... there is always a chance. So when you have sex with someone there is alaways that option.
