An idea is just that, but when you can get others to believe in that idea, it becomes an idea in progress no matter how many mistakes the idea causes, because the goal of the idea is the completion of the idea, staying steadfast to the idea and without regard of the nonbelievers points of view, because other than the idea itself are wrong and meaningless even if the idea is in need of change . As the idea evolves it answers for itself or answers can be found to answer itself, therefore casting any nonbeliever of the idea out of the idea and therefore the nonbeliever have no right to share in the completion of the idea, unless they are saved by the idea, therefore everyone is given a chance to believe in the idea. Regardless if the idea is true or not has no meaning, for the believer is sold into the idea and any mistakes of the idea is placed on mankind because it is mankind that is causing harm not the idea .

The idea of capitalism was surly just an idea, and with only 1000 characters to work with, I simplified it as much as possible, it was and is based on an idea real or not, divine or tradition

Several great books have been written on the subject amongst which I propose you to read "A History of God" written by the former Education minister of France. Idea is simple. Our ancestors used to see many unexplainable natural events around them and they used to feel scared. Therefore, they came up with different Gods in order to explain such mysteries. Therefore, they had a God for rain, snow, sea, sky, love and etc. As time passed by and people became more aware of what was going on they combined all of these Gods in one and made him the almighty. Through history, many smart people have used this fear of unknown that we all have and introduced themselves to us to be the messangers of Divine. They have told us they knew all the mysteries and they are from Gods but as time goes on we realise they were all forgeries. A famous saying goes like this: Myth of today were religions of yesterday ... so in future the religions such as Islam and Christianity will also become bunch of myth and we go on. However, since we have already combined all the gods into one the next step would be getting rid of him and start living for humans instead of Gods. Good Luck

Unlikely. Religion is almost certainly a facet of human evolution itself - the awakening of man's symbolic mind. It is nearly as intrinsic as language, as it is nearly as universal. There is even evidence of religion in Neanderthals, who buried their dead in ritual ways. The long-standing nature of religiosity in humans may even have a genetic component - Dean Hamer, the same scientist who discovered the genetic component to homosexuality, also discovered that spirituality is an innate disposition. As such, its origin is far, far more complex than your idea - it literally is a part of our evolutionary history.

The notion that only the empirically-demonstrable is real is a relatively recent innovation of human thought, and even today far from a universal one. There is no pre-Hellenic precedent for any kind of idea that if some guy in a lab coat didn't validate it, then it is without validity.

Theology is called the "queen of the sciences" since it is the most abstract, and in that respect the purest mental discipline. Read Civitas Dei, Utopia, Summa Theologica, and you'll see that religious thought, far from being some primitive con-job, is perhaps one of our most sublime mental abilities (and along with symbolic art, our most recently developed mental ability.)

No.

Religion got started as a way to explain life/death, famine, disease, babies, good luck in hunting expeditions, etc. All before man had the advantage of higher knowledge and science.

Now we are stuck with an antiquated belief system that people hold on to for the old times sake.
